Membership Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation request MUST be made either by submitting the form online or by submitting a completed cancellation request form at the front desk. No other type of request is allowed.
  • Please allow up to 1 week for the request to be processed.
  • Cancellation request will be processed with an end date of the current membership billing cycle.
  • If a membership payment is due for more than a month, the membership will be cancelled automatically and dues will be sent for collection.
