Membership Policies

General Policies

• Monthly and Annual Memberships will be automatically renewed.
• Monthly Memberships are a 12-month term, with monthly payments every month.
• Your credit card will be kept on file for auto renewal each month/year.
• Initiation Fees are non-refundable. If you allow your membership to lapse or you voluntarily cancel it there will be an initiation fee charged up starting a new membership.
• 2 Person Family Member membership: Second person must be an immediate family member (Spouse or Children living at the same address).
• Junior/Student Badminton membership is available for only children ages 16 and under.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Cancellation and Freezing Policies

• Cancellation request MUST be made either by submitting the Cancellation Request Form online or by submitting a completed cancellation request form at the front desk. No other type of request is allowed.
• Please allow up to 1 week for the request to be processed.
• Cancellation request will be processed with an end date of the current membership billing cycle.
• If a membership payment is due for more than a month, the membership will be cancelled automatically and dues will be sent for collection.
• Freezing request MUST be made either by submitting the Freezing Request Form online or by submitting a completed freeze request form at the front desk. No other type of request is allowed.
• Members are allowed up to 2 months total of ‘freeze’ status in a 12-month period.
