General
Policies
- Monthly and Annual Memberships will be automatically renewed.
- Monthly Memberships are a 12-month term, with monthly payments every month.
- Your credit card will be kept on file for auto renewal each month/year.
- Initiation Fees are non-refundable. If you allow your membership to lapse or you voluntarily
cancel it
there will be an initiation fee charged up starting a new membership.
- 2 Person Family Member membership: Second person must be an immediate family member (Spouse
or Children
living at the same address).
- Junior/Student Badminton membership is available for only children ages 16 and under.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Cancellation and
Freezing Policies
- Cancellation request MUST be made either by submitting the Cancellation Request Form online or by
submitting a completed
cancellation request form at the front desk. No other type of request is allowed.
- Please allow up to 1 week for the request to be processed.
- Cancellation request will be processed with an end date of the current membership billing
cycle.
- If a membership payment is due for more than a month, the membership will be cancelled
automatically and
dues will be sent for collection.
- Freezing request MUST be made either by submitting the Freezing Request
Form online or by submitting a completed freeze request form at the front desk. No
other type of
request is allowed.
- Members are allowed up to 2 months total of ‘freeze’ status in a 12-month period.
